Services → My Services lists everything you have with us, with its status and next due date.
What the statuses mean
- Active — running normally.
- Pending — ordered, not finished being set up yet.
- Suspended — temporarily switched off, usually because an invoice is unpaid.
- Cancelled — ended, either at your request or at the end of a billing term.
Opening a service
Select any row in the list to open its Product Details page. From there you can sign in to WordPress, view your billing information, upgrade your plan, or request cancellation.
Ordering something new
Select Services → Order New Services, or Order Now from your dashboard.
